Senior Sales Executives

Job description

You’ll work closely with the marketing and business development teams to drive revenue and expand our market presence. Your role is centered on high-stakes lead generation and conversion, ensuring that our premium real estate offerings reach the right clientele and result in successful acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate high-value prospects to generate 40–50 qualified leads monthly.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and property viewings to final negotiations and closing.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
  • Develop tailored sales pitches and presentations that align with client investment goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a strategic edge in the luxury real estate sector.

Requirements:

  • BSc/HND in Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience (Real Estate experience is an added advantage).
  • Demonstrated capacity for aggressive lead generation and target attainment.
  • Target-driven mindset with a proven ability to close deals consistently.
  • Strong self-motivation with the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
