Letting & Facility Manager

Job description

You’ll work closely with the operations and property management teams to oversee the maintenance, security, and occupancy of our portfolio. Your role ensures that our physical assets remain in peak condition while delivering a seamless experience for tenants and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties to ensure optimal functionality.
• Coordinate with contractors and engineering teams for routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Oversee the letting process, including tenant screening, lease negotiations, and renewals.
• Implement energy management strategies to reduce operational costs and enhance sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all facilities.

Requirements:

• First degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Professional certification (IFMA, FMP, CFM, etc.) is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in facility management.
• Experience in Real Estate and Energy Management is a significant advantage.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse technical teams and vendors.
