Internal Auditor

Job description

You’ll work closely with the finance and executive teams to ensure operational integrity, mitigate risks, and streamline financial processes. Your role is critical in maintaining the transparency and efficiency that allows our organisation to scale securely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of controls and risk management.
• Review financial statements and accounting records for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions.
• Conduct periodic site visits and audits of project expenditures and procurement logs.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present actionable recommendations to management.

Requirements:

• First degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CIA) is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of proven auditing experience.
• Prior experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry is a distinct advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
