Logistics Manager

Job description

You’ll work closely with the procurement and site management teams to streamline the movement of materials and equipment across our various projects. Your role is vital in optimizing the supply chain, reducing waste, and ensuring that project timelines are met through precise coordination and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory.
  • Coordinate the timely delivery of construction materials to multiple sites to prevent project delays.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and vendors.
  • Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and fleet performance to optimize operational costs.
  • Implement robust tracking systems to ensure the security and accountability of all goods in transit.

Requirements:

  • First degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (CLM, CLTOMP, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in logistics management.
  • Experience in the Real Estate and Construction industry is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to solve complex supply chain challenges under pressure.
