Project description
Lekky County Homes is a large-scale residential estate located in Ikota, Lekki, along the Lagos–Epe Expressway, almost opposite Eleganza Plaza.
The project was developed through a joint venture between Megamound Investment Limited and Mayfair Building Society Limited. Megamound acted as the financier and development manager, overseeing planning, infrastructure delivery, and overall execution.
Covering approximately 100 hectares, the estate was designed as a serviced residential community. Roads, drainage, treated water, communication ducts, and street lighting were delivered as part of the core development.
Today, Lekky County Homes comprises about 700 serviced residential plots and 264 residential flats. The estate also accommodates schools, recreational areas, shopping facilities, and estate management services, allowing it to function as a complete and established neighbourhood.
