Megamound Investment Limited
The Megamound story began with a spark of inspiration in 1992. Our founder, the “Visioner” Asiwaju Olumide Osunsina, had just returned from the United Kingdom, deeply inspired by the infrastructure and possibilities he saw abroad.
But the true foundation was laid closer to home. Motivated by the legacy of his late mother, Madam Folasade Osunsina, an astute property investor across Nigeria, Asiwaju registered Megamound Investment Limited (RC 205724) with a singular mission: to Building Communities that would change the landscape of Nigeria.
Starting with the development of River Valley Estate in Ikeja, the company quickly moved from acquiring family land to developing flats and duplexes. But the true turning point came with Nicon Town. As a pioneer project on the Island, Megamound partnered with investors to execute a massive site and service scheme involving complex sand-filling, proving that we had the technical capacity to handle difficult terrains.
